1. Default Supply Preference
You have the option of selecting between oem or compatible supplies as the default for a customer’s supply cupboard account. You can also choose to display the lowest cost or lowest cost-per-page.
2. Individual Supply Preference
You can also select the supply preference for individual models of devices, and have them differ from the Default Supply Preference. Note: changing one instance of the preferences for a device model will change the preference for all instances of that device model for that customer.
3. Transactional vs. Contracted
If you choose to leave a device model marked as Transactional, all of its supplies will show up on the front-end customer view with a price. If you change a device model to Contracted, it will continue to display on the front-end customer view, but the supplies will be available to them at a price of $0. This is for customers who are on contracts but are still responsible for ordering supplies. Note: changing one instance of the preferences for a device model will change the preference for all instances of that device model for that customer.
4. Additional Device Options
-
Unmap This Device Model - If you accidentally mapped a device from your RMS to the incorrect MPSToolbox device, you can unmap that connection using this.
-
Ignore This Device Model - This will hide every instance of this device model from the front-end customer view.
-
Ignore This Single Device - This will hide only this individual device from the front-end customer view. All other instances of this device will continue to appear in the customer’s Supply Cupboard.
5. Expand details
Clicking the addition (+) button on the left of a device will open that device's information and allow you to view more data, including supply levels, life count, pages/30 days, coverage, last report date, and the assigned supply SKUs and pricing.
6. Supply SKU pricing
Clicking on the price of an individual supply SKU will allow you to change the selling price of that SKU for the selected customer.
